ENGLISH NATIONAL CONCESSIONARY TRAVEL SCHEME
 

The (2008) English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS)
allows the holder of any ENCTS permit, free off-peak travel on any Delaine service

Any additional entitlements offered by a local District Council are only applicale
at the point of boarding within that particular District
 
Lincolnshire
Any Lincolnshire District permit holders are valid at all times
Permits issued outside of Lincolnshire are not valid for journeys commencing before 0930 Mondays to Fridays
but are valid at all times on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
 
Peterborough City
Permits are not valid for journeys commencing before 0930 Mondays to Fridays
but are valid at all times on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
 
Rutland
Permits are not valid for journeys commencing before 0930 Mondays to Fridays (Except Ryhall @ 0929)
but are valid at all times on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
 
Obtaining a ENCTS Permit
ENCTS permits are issued free of charge to entitled persons by the District Council local to where you reside

When Boarding
Please state your destination as a ticket is issued for each concessionary journey
Travel is only permitted on production of a valid ENCTS permit by the Cardholder when boarding otherwise a
non-refundable fare is charged at the Adult Rate
